I’m pretty sure the bunker was not for fear of a Canadian invasion, but more likely a Japanese one during WWII. It was just there without an explanatory sign.
Besides the animals shown, we also saw a bear and a young Bald Eagle, but both were so far away that they were just a few indistinct dots using my camera.
