When not in an overgrown trails or navigating the ever-widening creek crossings, the views were quite nice.
It took me well over an hour to get to the Calvary Trail junction, only 1.8 miles away (as the crow flies?)

More nice scenery on a rare piece of wide trail.
It really gets beautiful as you approach Canyon Lake, but the creek crossings become more hazardous.
By far the newest trail signs I've seen, and likely to be the most grateful I've ever been to see one.
