Trails Near First Water Trailhead


The rock starts getting white as you climb up and down some moderate climbs.

It's called Black Mesa because the many dark green plants makes it black from a distance. That's my theory anyway.

Weaver's Needle keeps getting closer.

The interior of the Superstitions, in all its splendor, becomes more in view as you head away from Second Water Trail.

Besides the brush and Cholla, there were some very mature Saguaros around.
